Tomorrow is the first day of the new Halloween Version of Disneyland! Well, it just starts Mickey’s Halloween Time. In case you didn’t know when it starts, it starts September 25 (tomorrow) and will end on November 1. From the new promo video, which is a couple posts below, it looks like the park is getting it’s usual makeover: Haunted Mansion- the whole shabang. But it looks like Space Mountain is getting a little refurb also being renamed temperarly, to Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy. It will be intresting to see what Disney has in store for us! A week from today I was at the D23 Expo, one of the many amazing expieriences that I have been fortunate to have. This last week I have been very with school so I have not had the chance to write much about the expo. Well, a week later, i’ve figured that I should share a little about what happened! So this week I will be sharing you the different booths and the different people that I was lucky enough to meet!
New footage of the Princess and the Frog!!! This most recent Comic Con, the Disney Animation Studios presented this new new unseen footage of the new upcoming movie, The Princess and the Frog. This movie looks better and better!
New Silly Symphony. It’s kind of late in the week, but I havn’t been able to get a chance on the computer. Anyways, this week’s Silly Symphony is Father Noah’s Ark! Kinda self explanatory, so I won’t bother giving the background but still very cute short film. Enjoy!

“The Walt Disney Company has agreed to acquire Marvel Entertainment, Inc. in a stock and cash transaction…Based on the closing price of Disney stock on Friday, August 28, the transaction value is $50 per Marvel share or approximately $4 billion…Under the deal, Disney will acquire ownership of Marvel including its more than 5,000 Marvel characters.”
Wow. Thats pretty big. Judging Disney and Marvel, good things should come of this transaction.

Today, Disney Cruise Lines (DCL) President Karl Holz announced that in 2011, Disney will offer “Alaskan cruises during a four-month season of seven-night sailings aboard Disney Wonder in 2011. The cruise ship will depart Vancouver, British Columbia, and weigh anchor in such popular ports as Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway. The new itinerararies will be offered after the Disney Wonder is repositioned on the West Coast in 2011, departing from Los Angeles harbor in addition to Vancouver.”
