Luxo Jr., the mascot of the wonderful Pixar Studios, has magically come to life at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. He is the cutest thing ever, and is part of Disney’s “Living Character” Exhibit. Isn’t he the most darling thing ever?

Recently, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, and Billy Maze, have all died recently. Although I do want to recognize them for all that they have done during their lives, I feel that I write a horrible post, and discriminate them so to speak. So, I shall refrain from doing a tribute to these people.
The new Tinkerbell movie, Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasuer has a preview now. Whoot! I loved the first movie and I can’t wait for this one to come out this fall.

This week’s Silly Symphony of the Week of the week is Plane Crazy. It was the FIRST EVER Mickey Mouse cartoon, originally with no sound, but later added on. This cartoon was released to the public on May 15, 1928. The film shows a different kind of Mickey. A lot more complex then the later versions. Oh well, it is still cute! The cartoon is about Mickey trying to imitate his hero, Charles Lindberg, and woo Minnie with his own, homemade airplane. Enjoy!
I just finished my drawing of Maleficent! She lookes so good!! eek! I am so happy!!
Okay here is what has been happening:
Oh my goodness, I would freak if TheDisneyBlog stopped existing. It is one of my DisneyGeek sites
The Orange County Register has a wonderful, beautiful and touching story of how a dying 10 year old girl asked Pixar to see the movie ‘UP’. The parents couldn’t bring her to the theater since the her cancer had gone so far. As a response, Pixar sent an employee down to the Huntington Beach area with a copied DVD of the movie. After viewing the wonderful movie, Colby Curtin died just a few short hours later. This I swear, is one of the saddest things I have ever heard. For more information on the little girl visit the link I put up earlier, and also visit TheDisneyBlog.
Urg! I really need to start doing these again. Anyways, after countless requests I finally found the Silly Symphony King Neptune. Honestyle people, I can’t see why it’s so great. A pirate steals one of the many mermaids King Neptune has. I don’t see why you guys want it so much, but, here you go! Enjoy!
